Maximizing the value created for our customers is our most important priority. We have measured the impact of the Morelex solution to our customers’ business using the measures that we defined together with our customers. The most important benefit that our solution brings to our customers is increased sales. On average across all Morelex customers, Morelex solution resulted in 35% greater average monthly purchases. This was now the fourth time that we have completed the sales impact measurement across all our customers. Results have improved each time and now the improvement was higher than ever before. On average, the number of new loyalty program members per month was 89% higher than during the year before the service launch.
