Maximizing the value created for our customers is our most important priority. We have measured the impact of the Morelex solution to our customers’ business using the measures that we defined together with our customers. The most important benefit that our solution brings to our customers is increased sales. On average across all Morelex customers, Morelex solution resulted in 41% greater average monthly purchases. On average, the number of new loyalty program members per month was 157% higher than during the year before the service launch. This was now the fifth time that we have completed measurement across all our customers and these were our best results so far. It is great to see the impact of continuous improvement of our solution including updates to our Total Consumer Relevancy (TCR) algorithm and data solution as well as adding of new marketing channels through which our retail customers can reach their customers on an individual level.
